I would like to thank Ramses at the Caribbean Beach Resort for taking my husband and I to the Ticket and Transportation Center at the start of our stay at CBR. The buses were not running at the time and he happened to be at our bus stop, and asked us which bus we were waiting for. We told him we were waiting for the Magic Kingdom bus, and he told us to hop in the van and he would take us to where the boat could transport us there.
Ramses also drew a map of places I had asked how to get to with a car we were going to rent the next day. He always seemed to be there just as we were wondering about something. What a great employee!!! Thanks, Ramses.
