Kong Malfunction

We were close to getting on ride and it malfunctioned this morning. Was told one of the gates on the ride vehicle closed on its own in loading area. Nobody hurt.. Was told that has never happened..

Don't know who told you it never happened. That was one of the major problems when it debuted

Happened to us in May of last year. We decided to do single rider line to save time. My daughter got on first and the vehicle left, then I got on the next vehicle. Doors malfunctioned. I subsequently had to get off, and she was stuck near the end of the ride. Took about 40 minutes to fix. She got an express skip the line pass for any other ride. I did not.
