knowing which attractions are open during EMH ahead of time

Is there a way for me to plan for which attractions will be open during EMH before I get down there?

Thanks for any help on this. It's caused a little frustration for me on previous trips.

Be sure to eat before the start of EMH. I made that mistake with MK one time last year thinking I could just grab a bite to eat then. Well needless to say very few counter services are open at any park during the EMH.

Also by the time we got to the resort everything was closed. Question too is it just me or do others not like that the refillable mug you get at the resort shuts off at midnight?

Maybe I'm alone in this but I stay till the park closes and if it closes too early I hit DTD by the time the bus arrives at my resort it's after midnight and few times after 1 so my mug goes to waste. Since I wake up to get there before the park opens and don't get back to my resort till super late.

So my refillable mug sees one fill up in the morning and that's it. Again this may just be me but I would really like to see a 24/7 refillable station at Disney at all the resorts.
