Coming in late(10-midnightish) the night before our disney reservations. As much as I would like to add an extra night on our WDW resort, its not an option. So anyway I have been looking around the area looking for a CLEAN place to stay the night before that's cheap. So far tripadvisor has been my friend haha. Anyone stayed recently in Kissimmee? I haven't been in years but its cheaper than other areas and I'm sure there's somewhere in the area to get breakfast before heading to my WDW resort. Tripadvisor has The Golden Link Motel rated high in Kissimmee. I also have a hotels.com discount that would apply to it. Please give me ant input you have about any hotels in this area and what's there now days. thanks!

Depends on what you define cheap. Just got the Holiday Inn Express in Kissimmee (laughingly calls itself LBV East) via a PL express deal, $46. Gets decent TA reviews. Think the LBV side has better options for clean. Last year, got the Holiday Inn LBV resort (former Sunspree, really LBV) via PL bidding; it is very clean, bid low $40s (but there is a $12/day fee). Hope that helps.

Thanks! All we care about is CLEAN and safe. I will check out priceline. I am not normally a priceline person but it's worth a try. I just can't see spending 140 for an AS resort if we might not get in until midnight and we are driving.

Stay on the Lake Buena Vista side. We were at WDW back week of May 20th and we thought we booked a great deal thur BookIt.com (beware DO NOT USE them you will be sorry) at a time share place called Liki Tiki Village in Kissimmee. The place was old and run down looked like old apartment complex. We checked in late in evening and later checked out because the carpet was stained and smelled, and bed was uncomfortable, shower head looked like it was broke and water really didn’t come out, when maintenance came they said that nothing was wrong with it and left. We called Bookit.com come to see if we could move to another place and they said they had a place called the Champion World Resort (not sure why they call themselves a resort just an old motel) and the ratings were good and from the pictures place look nice. So, here we are at 1:30am moving to the Champion World Resort. The lobby looked nice but when we went to the room the room was old. We checked the room to make sure it was clean, saw some dusty dirty spots but when we checked the bathroom the toilet seat was wet and had long black hairs on the toilet seat   We took pictures of the toilet seat to show the front desk person. We checked out and headed to the Lake Buena Vista area checked into the Marriott on Vineland and salvaged the rest of our trip.

I can tell you that anything on 192/Vineland/W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy is going to be incredibly old and run down, not too well kept. If you move just North of Golden Link Motel (535 & 192) up 535( within a mile or two) you have some brand new hotel chains that are nice and affordable and have a nice breakfast included.

No there was no fee to park. My total was 75 after tax. It was an ok place. I would stay again if I needed somewhere clean for one a night.
