Kinect Disneyland question

I figured this would be a good place to ask.
I accidentally found a menu you can open during attractions that let you restart the attraction if you wish but I can't figure out how I do it. The usual hold both hands up motion doesn't work and I can't find ANY information on this. Can someone help please?

No, that wasn't it. I don't even know what that is :/
It looked like the regular menu you get when you raise both hands but with different options. Including the option to restart the attraction

I remember doing that once and I think... I could be wrong... it was from doing the above gesture (the holding your left hand out at an angle). That same gesture is what allows you to exit to the main screen, change settings, etc.

Yeah it is the gesture above. Which is called the Kinect Guide gesture and is the most used gesture on the Kinect as it pauses/opens the menu on every game. Hold your right arm straight down and hold your left harm slightly out and you'll get the menu that allows for:
Kinect Tuner
Kinect Guide
Change Profile
Quite game
Return to park
Restart attraction
Music
Speech
Effects
Brightness
Subtitles
Voice commands
