They were testing it for a couple of days while we were there 2 weeks ago. At the crossway to The Odyssey there were a couple of people in very subtle KP uniforms (purple shirts, jackets w/ Logos). If you asked them, they'd give you a Fast Pass and tell you where to locate the cart with the CM and Kimmunicators. If you didn't know about it, you'd miss them. They were testing in Mexico, China and Japan. After the first time we just went straight to the cart, told them which mission(s) we'd completed and got setup for the next one. It is REALLY cool, definitely look for it. I think we did it on a Thursday from 2-5p. They also have part of one of the Innoventions set up to be the main base once they are fully operational. The CM didn't know when that would be.
