Kid's Nite Out question

Hey guys I know some people have used Kid's Nite Out in the past. I just booked them for our up coming trip in April. After speaking with a rep on the phone they mentioned that a tip was not included which I'm fine with. But it got me thinking what sort of tip should I be leaving? 15%? 20? We've never used a babysitter so we don't know what a proper amount should be.

we usually tip 20%. one time Mary Poppins arrived, not sure her real name, but she will forever be Mary Poppins to us. She was incredible. We tipped more than 20%. I am sure 15 would also be acceptable.

Thanks so much, I figured 15-20% would be appropriate but I wold hate not leave a big enough tip.
