I was told that if you call ahead that you can get your kids in a parade? is this true?

if you mean as grand marshalls, then no... those are randomly selected unless its a celebrity grand marshall.

if you mean during the show stops in the MK parade, when the parade stops, and you see a performer calling for the kids, then go ahead and go
