What does happen if you beat Sephiroth?

When you actually beat Sephiroth, he sends you to get Cloud, leading to a battle cutscene with Cloud and Tifa fighting Sephiroth before Cloud and Seph dissapear into the sky to finish there battle far away. Tifa then gives you the Fenrir Keychain, which is stronger then Ultima.
