Hello! I booked the Keys to the Kingdom tour and was given a 12 digit numerical code, which I thought I could enter enter into My Disney Experience, but I can’t figure out where to enter it. Help!! Also I haven’t received any sort of email confirmation, is this normal for tours? TIA

On MDE, check under Tickets My Plans and Tickets > My Plans, Reservations and Tickets subsection > Tab that says Tickets and Memory Maker.

Check your spam folder for email. Search all folders for "disney". Check your credit card charges.

I don't believe you can link Disney tours to MDE. We did the Magic Behind Our Steam Trains tour in September. When I made the reservation, I was told to hang onto my reservation number as we would not be getting an email. I also asked if I was able to link the tour to my MDE, and was told it didn't have that capability yet.

I went on a few tours last week (Keys to the Kingdom included). I was never asked for a reservation number or even photo ID. When you check in at Town Square Theatre they’ll already have your name tags and listening devices ready; so they’ll just ask for your name and lunch order. Have fun!

I took the Yuletide Fantasy tour last year (great!) and was also surprised that I received no email confirmation when I booked. It showed up on my credit card statement a few days later so I did not worry. I received reminders via text and voicemail the day before the tour. That tour (and I believe the others) was run by Adventures By Disney which is why it does not show up in MDE since it is a different division of the company.

Thank you! Do you remember the restaurant and if it was the full menu? My daughter doesn’t eat meat and I’m a little worried about her options.

The Yuletide Fantasy Tour did not include lunch. However, I went on the 7-hour Backstage Magic tour back in 2010 and that did include lunch at Whispering Canyon at The Wilderness Lodge. That meal was not a full menu (BBQ served family style) but all restaurants on property can accommodate dietary restrictions.

When my partner (a vegetarian) and I did the tour last year, lunch was at the Tomorrowland Terrace, and they had no trouble accommodating his dietary requirements. If I remember correctly, we gave our orders before the tour even began, so everything was ready for us when we got there.

The tour is amazing—enjoy!
