Kevin says Crush is coming

Just read the new article by Kevin Yee and in it he claims the next addition to pixar place will be the crush coaster from Disneyland Paris.

Was survey work already underway for the Crush Coaster that is planned for this space, imported from the French Disney Studios park? Active construction is definitely not yet occurring, but it was interesting nonetheless to see this area not put to use.

I find it interesting that Kevin thinks its a crush coaster we will soon be seeing despite the numerous reports from insiders saying its the monster's inc coaster coming next.

One would hope that if they are in fact going to build this the issues will be resolved, because let's face DHS doesn't need another ride with capacity issues.

I doubt it will be Crush. The version at WDSP has scenes that are pretty much the Epcot Nemo ride or the subs at DL.

Besides, wasn't it already proven that the metalwork that is on the other side of the brickwork at the end of Pixar Place and faces the currently vacant soundstage is an exact copy of one found in the Monsters, Inc. movie?

It is the SLOWEST moving line. Incredibly frustrating, wouldn't be a good idea unless they had a duplicate to ease lines.

I too hope it isn't crush. Imo, we have enough nemo at wdw and I think the monsters inc coaster would have been a little more unique. Besides, AK already has the spinning primeval whirl, why get another one. Esp since a few people seem to believe that two similar rides can't coexist in the same resort like body wars and star tours did, and dumbo/astro orbirter and the rest.

Kevin needs to ask around a bit more.....his info looks to be a bit out of date.

Well, as long as something great is built on that sound stage I will be very happy. The Monsters Inc coaster seems like a better idea to me, especially because we already have Nemo slapped on The Seas.

Maybe Nemo could move to the coaster and leave The Seas alone.

I LOVE Crush's Coaster. We went on it the first time expecting a childrens ride along the lines of Nemo at Epcot but its much more fun, loads better than Primeval Whirl.

Although I'm sure Monsters Inc would be good too, so I'm happy, either way. I'll just be pleased with a new ride
