I was at KSC a week or two ago and was going on the tour and I knew that after 9/11 Internationl Space Station stop (the thrid one) has been closed for some time but as I was explaining this to somebody while climbing back on the bus from the Saturn V center the tour guy over heard and said he was expecting it to open in the next few weeks. Lets wait and see if he was telling the truth...
