Hey everyone. I just saw Kellie Coffey in concert at Mohegan Sun Casino last night. :sohappy: She's the gal who sings Promise and We Go On during the Illuminations show. It was a great concert. did she sing the songs in Tapestry, you know the one they played when the first dreamseeker float was coming out and later on toward the middle of the parade?

She sang the song "We Go ON" that was played after the Tapestry of Dreams parade was over. Since TOD is no longer running they play We Go On right after Illuminations now. But within Illuminations there is the final vocal piece at the end where you can hear her vocals too. "In the stillness of the night...."

Actually, "Promise" is the one after Illuminations, and "We Go On" is the one during Illuminations. Those are some great songs, and are among my favorites. It sounds like it would be a good concert to go to, glad you had a good time!

I was at Turning Stone last week and saw the poster for her concert. It was funny because we had just listened to the Illuminations CD in the car on the way there!

I have to admit, I was surprised to see she was touring.

How was the show? Did she sing the Illuminations songs, or just ones from her new CD?

Her entire list of Disney repertoire:

"We Go On" and "Promise" for Millennium Celebration's IllumiNations 2000. She is NOT the voice for the Tapestry of Dreams soloist.

"Remember the Magic" and "White Christmas" for Disneyland's holiday fireworks, Believe...In Holiday Magic.

"When You Imagine" on the Suite of Dreams' Magic Kingdom track, on the CD "Magic in the Streets" which is the CD for the new WDW parades for 100 Years of Magic. This song and orchestration, which is the theme of the MK parade too, was written by the same composer of IllumiNations and Tapestry of Nations, Gavin Greenaway.

I love her voice, I hope she does more Disney in the future.

i hope so too, overall "We Go On" has to be one of the most greatest and moving disney songs that i apsolutely love, and replay it over and over... and of course promises is a nice one too

No she didn't sing any Disney pieces just stuff from her debut album and her new upcoming album. She didn't say when the new album will be coming out.
