Just want to say, I LOVED the mobile magic application.

Just spent 4 days in Disney, and the first two days I didn't bother with the mobile magic program for my phone, mostly because we spent most of that time and every park other than the magic kingdom, and with kid sunder 40", fast passes weren't as much of a need.

But when we went to the magic kingdom, I decided to give it a try, it was so cool. To be able to make decisions about where to go next with actual real and accurate data was so helpful. Being able to plan a few steps ahead by knowing wait times and fast pass return times was great.

It was also useful in finding out which character to see.

I highly recommend it.

It's funny because before our trip, I constantly checked it and would turn to Josh and be like "We could get onto Splash in 15 minutes" or something...lol And then we were actually ON our trip and I think I pulled out my phone for like...15 pics over the course of everything, but otherwise forgot about the app...LOL

I was a bit skeptical about this new app at first, but now I can see how it could spare guests a lot of stress and shoe leather by giving them the lowdown on what's available when. What would really be neat is if the app could tell guests if BOG has any openings for lunch, which might spare people having to stand in line...

I saw this app advertised on the Magical Express, so I thought I would download it.

So, when I got to my Disney hotel room, I went to the Google Play store and it said "this app is not available in your country".

Turns out it was because my phone was linked to the UK Google store.

I prefer Lines to the Disney app. The Disney app only gives you what Disney has posted; Lines gives a more accurate wait time.

But I know what you mean. I do not like to carry anything into the park, but Lines is so helpful that I often find myself bringing the phone along. It pulls on my pocket and annoys me, but along it comes, most of the time.

I realize I must be from cave-man times but I still like the message boards and if I see a line that is too long I just come back later. On the phone &/or computer enough at home so on vacation cells are for emergencies only and maybe to call granda ma and send a cute pic

I am curious to see if I like it more next trip with the updates...I used it a little our past trip in August but still found myself using the Magic Guide and WDW Lines more.

I never take a phone into the parks so I guess I will miss the magic:oops: ! Too many people call that do not understand I am on vacation so it just gets shut off and placed in the room safe.
