Well i've just read through all of these postings concerning so called problems at DisneyWorld - I think you all need to think about this a little. Living in the UK i'm not able to visit WDW as often as I would like, usually its several years between trips (hey there are other places in the world to see as well) but I consider WDW nothing but amazing whenever I am lucky enough to visit.
So some rides don't operate all the time - okay then i'll see them in a year or two, sure it can be disapointing but there is so much more. Some rides keep breaking down for whatever reason - I queued for an hour to get on TestTrack in 1999 and then it broke down before I had chance to go on it - thus i'm looking forward to going on TestTrack for my very first time later this year.
And the food is more expensive - well i'm on holiday/vacation! it usually is when i'm away from home - if you think food is expensive in WDW visit London.
Transportation - I am always impressed by the way in which Disney can move around so many people in such an efficient manner - from resort to resort - Car Park to Park entrances etc. so it might take me what, 40 minutes say to get back to my Disney resort - well since I spend an hour and a half travelling to work in the mornings this is nothing - in fact it truly amazing!
Dont get me wrong, I would love there to be monorails or other new transportatation systems linking everything at WDW, I would like Mission Space to be open when I go in May, I would like World Of Motion, Horizons and other attractions to still be open that made my very first visit in 1993 so memorable.
Sure things happen that arn't as 'magical' as the rest of the experience at WDW, but just stop and think about it. The three weeks I have spent at WDW in the last 7 years have to be the most memorable of my life, to compare these to my daily life of going to work and doing the usual daily tasks, there is just no contest.
