Frontera Cocina--We really enjoyed this meal. I had the signature dish, their carnitas for an entree. My husband had the enchiladas. We both agreed that the carnitas were delicious and definitely the better meal. We had the spicy blood orange margarita, it was awesome! We also really enjoyed the spicy guac!

Tiffins--AMAZING dining experience. My only problem with this signature restaurant is that it's in the park. After a day of touring AK, I didn't really want to sit in such a nice restaurant w/ resort wear on, but since everybody else was, I guess it was okay. Usually for signatures, we've gone back to the hotel and freshened up with nicer clothes, etc. I had the filet and short rib combo, It was delicious. We loved the cheese plate and charcuterie plate for an app. Also, our server was wonderful, he knew everything about the restaurant and the dishes, and made us excited about the food. I wasn't crazy about the signature cocktails, mainly because they're mostly all gin and rum which aren't my favorites. The wine list was impressive and surely something wine enthusiasts will love.

CA Grille--our fourth time here and again, did not disappoint! We also did the cheese and charcuterie plates here, they were equally as good as Tiffins. They sat us at a great booth facing the theme park and enjoyed the fireworks.

We had Tiffins for the first time two a couple of weeks ago. We loved it! The ambiance is second to none. We LOVE the way they laid it out and the decor. Food was amazing as well. Nearly everyone there was in casual clothing. We try to do a little dress up (but not too much ) in signatures as well. We really felt underdressed at Citricos in shorts on this trip!

California Grill is a must do for us. They've never disappointed!!

Glad you had great experiences!

I have yet to do the Cocina, but I did enjoy a really nice dinner at Tiffins a few months ago. And the California Grill is my favorite restaurant on the planet!

I still haven't tried Tiffins for a full meal, but my mom and I shared a salad and the curry. Very good, very high quality. They sat us in the dining room past the bar, with bright windows, and after looking around it was my favorite one. Had zero problem getting in around 5, it was dead but gradually a few tables got filled. Quietest meal ever at WDW. The lounge seems a bit busier. I ordered their non-alcoholic watermelon drink, and I cannot stress how delicious it was. One of the best things I have ever had at Disney.

We just returned yesterday, looks like we ate at the same places.:)
I agree that frontera is good but I don't think I would go back.
I really enjoyed the food at Tiffans but the ambience was a little pretentious for lunch. It was almost uncomfortable. We would go back because the food was awesome.
We ate at Cal Grill twice, I have never had a bad meal ever.
