Hi guys
I just got home from Walt Disney World and I am pretty sad. I had such a good time. It was a magical sweet 16 trip. Everyone was wishing me a happy birthday and everyone in the pre show area of Rock N Roller Coaster sang me Happy Birthday. It was soo cool. Anything that I can do to cheer up from the WDW blues except going back. lol

By the way does anyne know what Fireworks were being shot off by the Carribean Beach at around 11 on Wednesday November 9. Both Epcot and Magic Kingdom were closed and the fireworkd looked and sounded like they were practically on top of the resort. Even though i knew they couldnt. Thanks

Post WDW depression stinks..

What we tried to do is find stuff around us that reminded us of WDW. For example.. we love the Beirgarten in the germany pavillion at epcot so we started hunting down german restuarants around where we live until we found one with a band just like the one at disney world. We go there every once in awhile now because it reminds us disney world and gives us a little disney fix to hold us over until our next trip :king:

Pictures Pictures Pictures...though it can't replace being there at all it helps a little bit to look through your pictures from your trip. That is always my remedy. Happy Belated Sweet 16! Glad to hear you had a great time, Disney does birthday guests right! I was there for my 18th.

Good Luck beating the post-wdw blues and if you find something that really works...be sure to pass it on. I am sure we'd all love to know.

I was there last week as well (Nov. 5 - 12), and I already have the following regrets:

1. Didn't take enough pictures (only 600 of 1000 available shots)

2. Didn't videotape everything I wanted to.

3. Missed a whole park - Animal Kingdom - again!!

4. Passed on getting several souvenirs I should have snatched up immediately

The week went by way too fast. But then, when one thinks about WDW, is there EVER enough time?

Here's looking forward to my next trip...after 2006. :-(

You could always ditch school, and hitchhike down I-95. If you can find a cardboard box on the way, you can keep it with you and live just outside the park entrance.

It worked for me.:lookaroun

Until security took me away and locked me in this nicely padded room...
