Ok I just got back on Sunday and wanted to post a few things that I took notice of that people have discussed a few times here on the boards.
To start the Caribbean beach resort was great and I would recommend it to anyone.
Ok First the Magic Kingdom
1.) I saw SGE and the new digital projections on the wall add allot to the show. Also the voices of the little kid saying things like "this is fun" and such are gone. Most people seemed to like it.
2.) The cue for Space Mountain looked great... my last trip there it was looking pretty run down.
3.) The Astro Orbiter planets are still missing.
4.) The monorail from the TTA to the MK is still not running.
5.) The fish was jumping on Splash Mt. I spoke with a cast member while waiting for the ride to resume so I could board. I asked how often in a day the stop the ride, I was shocked to hear that at least four times a day people get out of there boats or lean over and try to touch the animatronic figures. He said the last grad night 17 times they had to stop the ride and eject people.
6.) Finally got on Mickey’s Philharmonic a treat for the 3D buffs out there.
7.) IASW looks outstanding…. I mean really outstanding… now if they could do the same for HM and POTC.
Epcot
1.) Soarin is a great ride.... I was on it ten times and each time I noticed something new. The top row is the best, I requested it most times and the cast members where very happy to help. The flow traffic in the land was amazing. TT and MS were walk-ons but Soarin was a 60 to 80 min wait on Saturday and Sunday.
2.) Future World in general looked neat and tidy.
3.) The Exit to SSE looks pretty bad and needs work.
MGM
1.) LMA was amazing.... really amazing.... A must see.
2.) Saturday and Sunday Afternoon RRC and TOT were both walk-ons
3.) At Star Tours the AT-AT has its legs back.
4.) The San Francisco backdrop is still not fully painted.
Animal Kingdom
1.) Everest is huge…
