what the heck happened to cranium command, body wars, and food rocks? are they there just collecting dust? is there a reason why none of them have been opened in so long?

I know body wars has been rumored to be tested star tours 2.0 but what dont they open these?

I doubt this is NEW but we were there in 07 and they were open. I was so excited b/c I had never experienced them and my DH had such fond memories when he was a child. They were in need of some major refurb but I can understand why they closed them. You hardly even notice it back there hidden. It was nice to try them just once though...a true hidden gem.

I spoke to a CM about that when I was there in April. He told me that that pavilion is open from time to time but didn't offer much more info. We've been going in may, and I just thought it was our timing.

The pavilion was used during the Food and Wine festival as the festival center. It looked pretty much gutted - although guests were not able to get to the areas where the major attractions used to be.

Yeah, it was open at the Flower and Garden Festival back in April and it did look a bit like they'd gutted the whole place. The general shapes of everything were still there i.e. the Making of me theatre etc but no trace of WoL theming to be seen.

That's sad. Wonders of Life was, in my opinion, the best pavilion in Epcot. It had the most variety in use of it's theme, and it was always the pavilion where we spent the most time. Plus, it had what was, to date, the BEST hidden Mickey I've ever seen!

I go in the WOL pavillion often at night and was most recently in their around 3AM this morning. Nothing has changed too much. If you really want to know more in detail you will have to PM me. :animwink:
