Just Booked for May, going for my Birthday!!

I just booked a long weekend in May (15-19). Long story short we ended up with some free 3 day park hoppers ala Disney World (mess up from previous trip).

My Birthday happens to fall on Saturday!! Any one have any suggestions or fun things to do on your Birthday in the World?
