Just a few questions {april trip}

hi all

ok so i have been searching the forum and have answered most of my questions but i have a few more

1}i have a pin code for 30 % off heres my question regarding that it came to my email with my sister in laws name on it can i still use it?
also is that just off the room or the whole package i am doing a package dining, tickets etc etc


also i found on moussavers a code to use if you book a package same question is that off the total package or just hotel?

if i can use either which one is better?

2}my next question is if you order the package it says room accommodations request of your choice and free hotel mug

now is the accommodations request like i want this building or is it something else?
I have Rheumatoid arthritis and would like the toy sorry building since it is close to both bus stops and main building and will cut down on the walking i will pay the preferred rate but with the package do i guaranty the toy building rather than fantasia?

are the mugs one per room or per person ordering the dinning plan?

Hi Heather,

I think your sister in law has to be in your traveing party in order to use the 30% off since the code is in her name. When you call to make your reservation they will ask for the code number and then match up the names with what is in their system. At least that is what they did when I booked my recent trip using the discount pass.

Also, there are several trip consultants who use this board who might be able to run some numbers for your regarding the various discounts you have and are eligible for. They are called Kingdom Konsultants. You might contact them for some comparisons. I believe I read in one of their threads that their quotes are free.

Pin codes must be in the name of the lead guest on the reservation. The current discounts are only off of your room rates and not dining an/or tickets.

Room locations can not be guaranteed but if you put in the request while making your reservation and inform them of your medical condition they will do everything the can to accommodate you.

The resort mug is for everyone on the "quick service" dining plan.

You know i thought that it was you could ask but not necessarily get your request for room accommodations but the wording made me wonder

i just called disney travel and asked about the code they said i couldn't use it but gave me one that would work the same that i could use so i am happy!!
