I vote for Timber Mountain Log Ride at Knotts. It beats both of them.

Splash Mountain at 100% was IMHO one of the best theme park rides ever.

Both are top tier water rides that were not maintained at all the last decade or so they were around.

I think Splash wins from charm and music alone, and it has more distinct scenes than Jurassic Park. But Jurassic Park is great too, especially before the animatronics wore out.

Go watch early videos of both to see the rides how they should be.
