Hello. Had planned to visit Disney this month travelling from Ireland. Obviously it has not happened. Its very hard to know how the coming months will pan out. But in an ideal world were things start to improve is June july or August good months to come? I understand the stormy season is July and August time. Is it a big reason to not come at that time of year? In normal times our crowd sizes large In these months?

Typically the summer months are the most crowded / the most hot. Really if that's the only period of time you can make it out to the parks, then go for it. Good planning can save a trip, even during Christmas time which is the busiest time of the year. June is the best month out of the three to go, with the first two weeks of June and the last week of august usually being optimal.

If those are the three months available I'd try booking in June. Crowds normally start to build with class trips and as school gets out. Then stays fairly heavy through July. The heat and humidity can be more oppressive in July and especially August. Rains will certainly come in at times during the day in all three months, so prepare. Rain hits and blows through fast.

We've gone in early June few times and the weather for us has been hot but tolerable (we live in the Pacific Northwest--Seattle to be specific, so our summers are quite mild). The crowds actually were quite nice--we've definitely had worse in the fall. I think the fall has gotten to be quite busy, imho. Afternoon storms are starting to creep up in June, but not quite as bad as later on in July/Aug/Sept. If I were to beat the "crowds", my choice would be to opt for the very first part of June before a lot of kids are out of school or the very last part of Aug when the kids go back to school. Here's hoping the the borders' all open up for travel--we are going nuts wanting to get our overseas plans back on track as I'm sure you guys are!

Hurricane season is from June through November. Heat index is very high through October/November. July is a month of rain. I live in Florida so this is almost always so. We have visited in November and the parks were closed due to Hurricane Wilma. If there is still mask wearing it is horrible during the summer months.

I grew up in Texas (Dallas/Ft.Worth) and totally agree that August was pretty miserable. The only activities we did were water-related. We had season passes to Wet 'n' Wild, tubing, water-skiing, etc. Basically going from AC in you car to the AC in a building/house! 🥵

We last came in late October a number of years ago. The weather was great. Had only one day of very heavy rain. But now more limited in time of year can go. So frustrating at present. Stay safe everyone.

I'll add this as well, when we have gone in August in the past, we've run in to those awful "love bugs" (I "love" nothing about those nasty insects)!! 🤬🤢
