July 2019 Blockout Dates

Anyone else find it out that the end of July we still do not have July blockout dates for 2019? Is Disney unsure of how they want to do blockouts for SWL? What are people buying new passes being told?

I assume blockout dates for July 2019 should come out later this week (August is tomorrow), or at the latest next week. Hasn't it been 11 months shown previously, that is what I remember.
