Johann was so spectacular to our party (including one beyond grumpy FIL) I had to seek out a manager AND write WDW guest relations when I got back.

If you have the opportunity to have her (she said she also works at Universal too) then your day will be better for it.

Johann is excellent server and works very hard at her job bringing the magic of Disney to your dinner table at Be Our Guest. She was one of the original opening team servers and has been delighting guests ever since! :)
