We were on day 3 of our visit to disney world and day one of our adventure at Magic Kingdom when we met CM named Jeff in Adventureland. We asked directions to a bathroom and Jeff was more than helpful, leading us to them instead of simply pointing the way. While taking us to where we needed to go he asked what we were celebrating. I told him it was my 3 children's first visit to Disney. When we were done going to the bathroom Jeff was waiting outside of the store by Pirates of the Carribbean with "FIRST VISIT" pins for all 3 of my children. To me, this was over and above what was expected. My children proudly wore their pins for the remainder of the trip and now have a souvenir to keep for a life time. It was a simple gesture on Jeff's part, but it helped make our trip even more memorable. THANKS JEFF!
