I just seen the picture gallery of the kids from the jedi training academy walking in the parade. I am heading down next weekend for star wars weekend and was hoping to try and get my kids in the parade. Any one have an idea on how I could do this? Thanks.

I don't know for sure, but I am guessing these are all the kids that take part in the academy that runs before the parade (which is at 11:40). So it would seem that you would need to get to the academy first thing in the morning, get in line, and get the kids in the academy.

Unless they are doing things differently this year, the kids you saw in the parade were not related to the Jedi Training Academy.

In past years (and I am assuming it is the same this year) you could sign your child up to be in the parade at the information desk. The kids in the parade get to wear jedi cloaks like the ones they use in the Jedi Training Academy, so that is probably why you thought they were from the Training Academy.

I forget exactly where the information desk is, but it is located on this map:http://www.wdwmagic.com/Events/Star...eekends-2010-guide-map-and-event-schedule.htm

It is a special information desk set up for Star Wars Weekends...NOT guest services at DHS. So just go to the desk asap and sign your child up!
