January 2015 roll call? Ok kind of early I know. We know we are going in January of 2015. We are planning 9 days and 8 nights. Thinking about splitting between pop (4) and POR (4nights). Want to do 2 different dining plans basic on pop and platinum on POR. Has anybody tried this and thoughts? Also when will be booking open for January 2015? Any feedback is great. Thanks.

Booking should open next Summer (it varies b/t June and August). We are planning on going in January 2015, but haven't even started planning since we have other trips in the mean time. Wife and I plan to knock some items off our bucket lists, though--10K for me, half marathon for her!
