Pre-Trip I've got Disney fever

Family of 4, 2 boys 9 and 10 years old
Day 1- Arrive MCO evening, dinner at cowfish at 815pm.
Day 2- Transfer to hard rock hotel and get express passes play at universal
Day 3- Play at universal then in the evening transfer to CBR. Dinner at beaches and cream
Day 4- Magic Kingdom (it's a party day so we'll be out by 6). Lunch at skippers and dinner at Biergarten 8pm. (Appreciate the Park Hopper vacation package I would never have paid extra to park hope otherwise)
Day 5-Animal Kingdom. Hang out at CBR.
Day 6-Hollywood Studios. Lunch at Sci Fi. Break at CBR. Dinner fantasmic package 50s prime time
Day 7-Epcot with food and wine. Midday break at CBR
Day 8- Epcot with space 220 lunch. Break at CBR and then Magic Kingdom evening fireworks and LLSP Tron at night and 7 dwarfs.
Day 9- sleep in. Topolinos breakfast. Swim if weather good or go to Disney springs if feeling energetic. Flying home that evening.
Wish me luck in my dining reservation. If not I'll be doing dining alerts or second choices
