It's past time for a MVMCP character update

Okay the Christmas Parties are under way and no one yet has given a rundown on what characters are out. We are going week before Christmas, and I want to know where Uncle Scrouge would be, if he is out at all. He is one of my oldest son's favs whom we have never met.
Are there any other rare/ obscure characters out and about?

I saw uncle scrouge last year right in front of Tony's Town Square Resturant while we were waiting for the parade to start. I was sitting near the american flag and I happend to look upa nd saw him. Hope this helps.

I've been suprised by the lack of updates on this show. The Halloween one had 1000 updates. Maybe its just because Thanksgiving hasn't even happened yet. Or is this party just not as good as Halloween?

As far as I know Scrooge is out and most of the characters are the same ones you see day in and day out. The only exception I know would be Abu. I'm hoping that will change but with the way MNSSHP was this year I wouldn't count on it. MNSSHP really was a disapointment for characters. I think Special Events doesn't seem to care or think anyone cares about seeing the rare ones.

I heard on another forum that Scrooge was alternating every 30 minutes with Donald at Donald's tree farm, in Fantasyland. There was one thread there with all the characters they saw listed, with locations.

hello, i went to the xmas party on the 13th november

and jessie and woody were alternating just past the steam boat docking in frontierland

also in frontier land...., the country bears were out every alot aswell

looked there was 2 sets of the bears i think, and just alternated

saw goofy in mian street, just as enter on the right hand side in his santa outfit too....not sure on times and stuff but i saw him just before the last parade started so 11 ish
