Pre-Trip It's never too soon to plan...right? *A September 2019 trip*

Hello, WDWMagic friends! No plans set in stone as of yet, however we have appointed September of 2019 as our return trip :p I know, it's more than a year off but like I said in my TR title - it's never too soon to plan, right?
We (I) was bummed when we realized a 2018 trip was out of the question -- as I mentioned in my last trip report, we sold our townhouse & bought a house in February so the last six months have not been easy on our wallets. However, R (hubby) just started a new job & I received a promotion at work not too long ago so we are finally able to save some $$$$$ & put it aside for a wonderful week in the world!

The who, when & where..

Who: Husband (R) & myself (L)

When: We are thinking the week after Labor Day.. and are contemplating driving down this time!:eek:
My childhood bestie & her husband are moving to Georgia a week from today, and we are hoping to incorporate a visit with them either before or after. They are going to be right outside of Buckhead -- which according to good ol' Google Maps is a good 6 hour drive.
Georgia friends, any advice?

Where: Undecided. We really enjoyed our stay at AS Movies last year -- but also want to stay at a resort we haven't stayed at before.
I've always enjoyed Art of Animation, so that may be a contender !

Short and sweet for now, but I will check back in throughout the planning process :);)

Last night's dinner conversation-

Me: "So I'm thinking the week after Labor Day for Disney, Tuesday to Tuesday"
R: "Do I get any say in this?"
Me: NOPE:p:)

This will be our last trip before having kids.. when we were there last fall I made sure to point out all the dads pushing strollers, and telling R "that will be you in a few years" :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

My wife and I are planning a September 2019 trip as well. We love the food and wine festival and are planning a 3 night Disney Cruise to follow our 5 nights at Disney. I won't know any dates until I figure out which weekend we want to do the cruise. And no, it's never to late to start planning. I've been on here every day for a week since we decided to go.

Sounds like a great trip! My husband went on a Disney cruise years ago & really enjoyed it, I have never been on a cruise. Maybe one day:)

Never too early to start planning! We’re going Labor Day week this year but I’m already day dreaming trips for next year too!

I am dying over this video - too funny!!!

I don’t think it’s too early. I’m also planning for that same time :). I used to have AP and DVC. This is my first trip in 3 years. I’m planning on renting DVC points. Hoping to stay at BCV or BWV. So excited for Pandora F&W and MNSSHP

We've potentially pencilled our next trip for 2021. But we're concentrating on getting next month's trip for now - booked 500 days in advance![/QUOTE
