It's a Small World

That's nothing, the three dolls representing Wales were missing for three years, I complained about it after my last trip and got a phone call from Disney and they were reinstated a few days later so complaining does work. If the dolls were just sat out back doing nothing for all those years then why did Disney not put them back in sooner I would like to know. Perhaps they thought nobody would notice or care. Oh how wrong they were.

That's the part that I find so amusing about the current Disney management, they pride themselves on their attention to detail, but then they let things like missing dolls on Small World continue until someone complains. I think they are relying on their reputation rather than the reality.

I'm disappointed when I go on an attraction and one of the details I love is missing or the animitronic doesn't work. But I just assume it's a recent problem, until I return a year later and discover the same parts of the ride are missing.

That's ridiculous. I would be happy that they were responsive, but it would definitely leave me wondering why the heck they were waiting on a complaint from me to do something about it!
