Its a small world question

OK I have to ask this and appologize in advance for any screwup in spelling.

At the end of Its a Small World, you see signs saying goodbye in many languages. One says

"Say - What"
"Da Krap"

I am not kidding. Anyone know what this language is? Everyone was laughing on our boat since a kid said the name out load and then we all saw it.
