"it's a small world" fountain

From what I can remember, there used to be a small fountain between "it's a small world" and Peter Pan's Flight. It was closer towards the old Skyway building. The last time I was there, September 2003, it was gone. I realized that it was gone when I walked on the area where it was. Does anyone know why it was removed?

It was removed because it caused alot of congestion when exiting iasw and when you were trying to get your stroller. (We were very happy when it was taken out made our lives soooo much easier)
