Epcot.

The front half by the gate Future World was closest to the envisioned Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow but "The World Showcase" was always meet to give tourists a taste of the country hosting the pavilions.

Completely different parks.
Anybody know why these two parks fall under one name ?

They were going to make 2 parks, I believe the story goes they even had them laid out on big tables, but most felt that each was not big enough to stand alone, so someone grabbed the 2 tables and pushed them together and you have our current park.

"The original plans for the park showed indecision over the park's purpose. Some Imagineers wanted it to represent the cutting edge of technology, while others wanted it to showcase international cultures and customs. At one point, a model of the futuristic park was pushed together against a model of a World's Fair international theme, and the two were combined. "

Celebration, FL is closer to Disney's vision of an Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow . . . EPCOT (yes, I refuse to stop using the all caps name) was just a theme park loosely based on Disney's vision.
