As a result of last week’s maintenance there are now two new issues affecting the booking system.
Firstly the online booking tool is allowing both Riviera and Cabins at FW to be booked with restricted points (post 2019 resale). Note that the converse is not true, you can’t use resale Riviera points to book elsewhere.
Secondly if you have ever sold any contracts, the system is not only showing that contract on your dashboard but also allows you to borrow points from that ex-contract when booking, and giving home resort privileges for it.
Whenever these bugs get fixed, presumably these reservations will be cancelled.
So it is probably worth double checking when making a reservation that you are using valid points. Especially if, for example, you have sold one of your BWV contracts but still have an active one.
