Kudos to Isabel :king: - who has to be the friendliest, most accommodating and efficient CM we have had the pleasure to meet at WDW.
Isabel always does a wonderful job straightening our cabin - but it's the smaller, personal touches she includes that really add to our vacation. She has a wonderful attitude and takes the time to ask us about our travel to WDW, how our day was etc. but she also takes the time to talk to our 4 year old daughter and ask her about things she liked and wanted to do etc.
When our daughter told her how much she loved the 'towel animals' and designs that greeted her each evening when she came back from the parks, Isabel went 'above and beyond' by asking what kind of animals she liked most and 'poof' like magic the next night there was a 'towel elephant' or ducks in a canoe or an Octopus waiting for us upon our return.
When your four year old is just as excited to see what 'surprise' is waiting for her in your hotel room as she was to be going to MK, or any of the parks - I think you have to agree Isabel is a real treasure.
Thank you again Isabel - and see you in November!!
