Is Uber the best way to get to Universal from WDW?

Staying at the Wilderness Lodge next week and are going to spend a day UNI. Is Uber probably the best way to get there and back?

Yes. Less expensive than a cab, more convenient than a shuttle.

The only real con is you need to make sure you are not in one of their surge pricing windows which can happen around park close or open.

Another tip:

While getting dropped off at the pickup/dropoff location by the garages is fine, it can be a bit crazy at closing time with a lot of people trying to connect with their Ubers. Consider walking to one of the hotels and getting picked up outside their lobby.

If you're leaving from Studios, Hard Rock Hotel is right next door. If you're leaving from IOA, the Royal Pacific is a short walk.

Absolutely. Uber is even a good choice getting around WDW.
