When I first visited IOA I expected Toon Lagoon to be a land about Cartoon Characters. I expected to see Spongebob, Dora, and a few other characters (since they’re part of the parade at the other park) but I saw a bunch of characters from....comic strips?? Id never heard of anybody save for maybe Popeye and Marmaduke. Even the headliner attraction is based on someone that I’ve never even heard of and for sure nobody still talks about. Do you have any ideas to update or improve Toon Lagoon?
