Is this enough time?

My sister and I are going to the Merriest After Hours and we can tenter at 7pm.
We are staying at All Star Movies.
We want to eat dinner at Capt. Cooks at Poly prior to entering the park.
Is 2 hours enough time to get from ASMo to MK, take the boat to Poly, eat (placing our order prior to arriving and then saying I'm here once we hop off the boat), and take the boat back to MK arriving by 7pm?

Could be a little tight but definitely doable, especially with mobile ordering.

If you are on a particularly tight schedule, maybe you could use uber/lyft for the segment to the Poly then boat to MK for the party. Probably save a bunch of time.
