Is this allowed?? "The Vacation Sensation" seems shady to me

This Groupon special I found is advertising private tours for $131 for a five-hour guided Disney World tour for up to 10 guests with pictures. The name of the company is called "The Vacation Sensation". This looks like a scam.

It appears their company really does exist (although they didn't spend much money on their website). I don't know how legal these "tours" are for anyone except Lou.

I certainly wouldn't pay for these people to take me on a tour of the parks. I'm sure they're busy tricking plenty of naive tourists into using their services.

I must have missed this coaster on my last trip.

It's probably a basic tour of the normal accessible areas of the park. Maybe tell you a little history (real or BS) about each ride and what not but I doubt its anything special.

Admission to the park is not included with this package.
Tours of Disney World include fun facts about the Disney theme park, including the history of the rides and attractions. Families participate in fun games with the tour guide and also get 10 high-definition color photos of their time on the tour. Tours take place morning and evening any day of the week. Also, up-to a one-hour phone consultation before the tour helps families maximize their time at the park.
The folks at the Vacation Sensation suck all the stress out of planning a trip, leaving behind relaxing, one-of-a-kind experiences at some of the most popular local destinations. Born and raised in Florida, they know the secrets and tricks for maximizing the potential during visits to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Orlando, and more. But they don't just map out itineraries—they can also make reservations at hot restaurants, book shows, and mold vacations into completely customized adventures.
They sound like a trip planning company that will gladly take your money for stuff you could do yourself.

Stick with a Licensed Travel Agent or do the legwork yourself and save your hard earned money.

It's definitely not anything special. Can't go anywhere guests can't go. No front-of-line access, no discounts. Just paying some guys to walk around the parks with you.

It must be difficult to clamp down on this. I walk the parks with groups of fans, pointing out stuff. What if they buy me dinner in exchange?

I'm always amazed at how stupid people are that they can't even find a picture of the right park, or even the right continent. The pictured ride is in Finland!

If Disney can put a random ride in Norway they can put a random Finland ride in Disney.

(I do think Groupon uses the coaster as a generic picture for 'theme park activity'?)
