Is there any way for full time to transfer before 6 months?

I worked at a resort, was transferred to another recently, but I need to switch to night shift to start my Bachelor’s Degree studies. Is it possible?

Fortunately, I do not know the current policy, but in my experience experience, a promotion will generally bypass the six month rule. Start applying for Night Shift roles that are considered a promotion.
