Is there any news about what is coming to Adventureland?

Yes, it is sort of behind pirates.

I posted a picture of this area in another thread. There isn't much room behind Pirates as you may think. POTC has the largest show building at MK as well as a very large queue building. Directly behind the building is a service road then a small grove of trees to block the backstage area from being viewed by the Monorail and resorts. If they were to plw this area the backstage area will be seen clear across Seven Seas Lagoon.

well area one as stated before would make the backstage visiable from everywhere.

area two would creap onto Jungle cruise land and would have to fit into the mainstreet theme because it would be visable there.

basicaly terrible locations.

it's bad enough you hear the train and mainstreet music on the Jungle cruise when the wind blows right. Because when you enter mainstreet usa. just a short ways to your left behind the firehouse is the jungle cruise.

From Lee's photo it doesn't look like anything is probable unless a long enclosed que lead back to the show building, or possibly Tiki Room closing down for a new attraction. Or even the treehouse coming down.

Yeah...it would be done like Indy at Disneyland. A long queue from the area of the Pirates entrance around to the plot of land where the show building would be.
Backstage wouldn't really be more visible, only the show building, which could be themed like DL's Indy.

The small plot by Main Street is less likely.
However, I have heard of one project that has been looked at for that spot....but I'm not really sure enough about it to mention it here. I heard sight lines were tested concerning Main St. and the Hub...don't know what they found.:lookaroun

This sounds better. Thank you. :sohappy:

It has always puzzled me why alot of people (nothing personal meant gboiler1:wave:) feel that something must be removed before something new can be put in. :veryconfu

That Indy-like site Lee pointed out would be a great area for a Journey To The Center Of The Earth ride from Tokyo DisneySea. That was one of my favorite rides in Tokyo, and it could easily be rethemed a bit to Adventureland.
