Is the Fountain of Nations ever tended to?

Every time I see the Fountain of Nations something different is always broken then something else is working. For example, I will watch one song go off and the 6 center pieces will be broken, the afternoon same show they are working then later on something else goes. That is the dumbest fountain I have ever seen in my life.

Actually it's probably the most intelligent fountain you have ever seen. That is why things go wrong. With so much involved in it, there is a lot that can break.

I know LOL, it's a big system and the fact it still works after 16 years. I should say it has a mind of its own.
