Is the Epcot Fountain down?

I saw a current video comment that the fountain wasn't working and completely dry, thats a good sign for me since my trip is coming up and I want to see it in its full glory.

Sometimes when the weather is colder they do not have the fountain on etc. So that could be a possibility right now. :)

That and the strength of the wind might well be a factor. Don't know, I'm not there. It's not cold enough to freeze so I don't think that the weather (cold wise) would be a factor without the wind.

Yes true I was forgetting about the wind factor. I have heard it has been windy/cooler but I also am not there right now but thinking this maybe is what's going on. But who knows! Lol :)

No, it's either broken, not turned on or because of high wind. It hasn't been cold enough to need heaters in the water.

It's because of cold weather/wind. Nothing is reported to be wrong with it at this time. They are known to not use it at all during winter months if really windy and cooler. And they could just be doing some minor maintenance on it. :)

Usually when they do maintenance on it this time of year that means there repairing all the broken heads again. This is usually the time of year they do repairs if they do them. And in that case they are typically done by the time I get there :)

Yep we usually go in Oct-Dec sometime do it's usually working then. :)
