Hello everyone. I was just a bit curious about the Disney College Program. I applied for spring 2018 back when the application first opened and was told a few weeks ago that I didn't make it to the interview stage. I was just wondering how competitive it really is and if there's anything they look for in particular...
I really thought I'd get an interview, I go to a good school, 4.0 GPA, many years of work experience with children/customer service, etc. but then I look at the numbers for how many people apply it seems almost random with who gets chosen. I mean, I go to a small school in Washington state(across the country!) and we have posters everywhere for the DCP.
What do you guys think? Is there anything you did that you feel made your application stand out in the early phases?
