No worries. It wasn't a clear cut case of where it best belonged, but I thought this section might be the most likely for people looking for the same info in the future.

You can purchase it at Guest Relations. It will also include any photos and ride pics you take before the party in MK that same day.

Can you purchase it at any during the day of the party or only during the party?

It should be available any time during the day because it is also available with single day tickets to the MK.
I purchased it at the TTC on the afternoon of the party. It was well worth the $39 as we got some great pics!
