Steve reported it Closed. I am going back to the parks on the weekend of the 19th of Jan I will snag some shots. I know I never posted my pics of COP but mine didnt turn out well.

Splash has closed till Feb.
The weather in not unusual for this time of year. From late Dec - early March it's pretty comon to get nights in the low 30's. It actually started later this year then last year.
