Not sure about Leia as she was a princess of Aldaraan which no longer exists. And for that matter frankly Belle was never a princess. The Beast has no family and is still in the castle. Since he is now an adult one would assume he is:

A. King. That make Belle a Queen.
B. Deposed. That makes Belle a lady married to a former royalty with no title to confer.

If we want to impose reality on some cartoons, there are a few modern sovereign monarchs of realms that are princes (not kings, emperors or sultans):

Star Wars isn't even released under the Disney banner, it's identified as a Lucasfilm release.

Based on that alone I'd say she is not a Disney princess.

Just as an aside, it's interesting that Ana and Elsa aren't on the list in the above link. I know that Elsa in technically a queen and I have no idea what you call the Queen's sister. You would think they would be in the spotlight though. Not complaining though!
