is Pinocchio Village Haus open?

They haven't closed it for the expansion have they? I want to go to it but everytime I've been there, it's closed and I'll be pretty annoyed if it's closed again this time. (We're going in early June btw)

Still open, as are the restrooms in between it and the Expansion.

It’s open, the only reason i can think of why you may have seen it close is that it usually is open from 11 to 2 hours before park closing, or regular park closing on EMH nights.

It should be noted that I think Village Haus has improved significantly in the last few years. It's not the best quick service in the Magic Kingdom, but it used to be downright bad.

No question. I remeber eating there sometime in 08 and thought it was terrible, but when I went back sometime in early 2011 I thought it vastly improved. I would also like to point out the village haus and it's theming. It has an incredible amount of detail. Obviously Cosmics and Pecos are a lot better when it comes to food quality, but VH is an all around experience and one of my favorite CS spots of late.
